Monday Evenings - Afrobeats Pilates

7pm - 8pm

Our Afrobeats Pilates class is a rhythm-led, full-body workout that blends the core-strengthening principles of Pilates with the uplifting energy of Afrobeats music. Led by an experienced instructor, this beginner-friendly session focuses on controlled movement, breathwork, and alignment while flowing to feel-good Afro-inspired beats.
You’ll strengthen your core, sculpt your arms and legs, improve flexibility, and build balance, all while moving with the music in a calm but energising atmosphere. All fitness levels are welcome, just bring your mat, your energy, and a water bottle! 💜🧘🏾‍♀️🎶


Tuesday Evenings - Reggae Box Fit

7pm - 8pm

Our Reggae Box Fit class is a high-energy, full-body workout that feels more like a rhythm-filled dance session than a traditional workout. Led by an experienced instructor, this beginner-friendly class combines non-contact boxing moves with Afro-Caribbean beats including: Reggae, Soca, Dancehall, and Bashment.

You’ll punch, jab, and move to the music while toning your arms, legs, core, and boosting your stamina. All fitness levels are welcome just bring your energy, a towel, and a water bottle!

Monday Evenings - R&B Dance & Fitness

8pm - 9pm

Our R&B / Garage Strength & Conditioning class is a powerful, beat-driven workout designed to help you build strength, improve endurance, and feel confident in your body. Set to a high-energy mix of R&B and UK Garage, this class blends resistance training, bodyweight exercises, and conditioning drills for a full-body burn.
Expect to tone your arms, legs, glutes, and core while moving with purpose to the rhythm.

This class is beginner-friendly with options to progress, making it perfect whether you’re new to strength training or ready to push yourself further. Bring your energy, water, and get ready to sweat, groove, and get stronger.
