About: Afro caribbean dance is a cardio and toning fitness class where you will be dancing and doing fitness routines to dancehall, R&B, and reggaeton 💃🏾. Lorraine is an experienced dance fitness instructor who brings the Caribbean vibes to every class.

Lesley

Classes Taught: Afrobeats Dance Fitness

About: A professional dancer and fitness instructor, Lesley brings vibrant energy and infectious rhythm to every session. Leading our Afrobeats and Amapiano dance fitness classes, she infuses the calendar with flavour & fun.

Kabuki

Classes Taught: Old School R&B and Hip Hop Dance Fitness

About: Kabuki is a professional dancer, performer, teacher and fitness instructor. Performing with artists such as Little Simz to dancing in 'Wicked' the film. Kabuki has taught Hip hop dance for over a decade and is sure to bring the vibes and flava to the R&B and Hiphop Dance Fitness class. This class is filled with throwback music and moves from the 80s to the early 2000s. Each groove builds stamina and strength across the whole body whilst vibing to old school tracks.

Asmara

About: Asmara is from South East London and began dancing at age 7 at Scott Wiseman School of dance. Her credits include Wicked Westend, Cabaret Westend and Lion King U.K. & Ireland Tour. Asmara’s hopes to bring joy, strength and motivation in each and every class!
